Graeme has had an association with our public health system since 1993. Most recently he was the Chief Executive of the Crown Health Financing Agency, a position he held from July 2002 until June 2012. The CHFA provided a range of financial, property and advisory services to District Health Boards.
Graeme has previously held local and international senior management roles with Westpac, KPMG and Hutt Valley Health. He is experienced in strategic planning, risk management and financial management and control. Graeme has a comprehensive knowledge of the public health system and a broad range of business management skills. Graeme is a member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management. He has accumulated 12 years of Board governance experience in health and disability sector NGOs.
Graeme is married and resides in Havelock North. He has four children and three grandchildren.

Cathy Holland is currently employed as the Chief Executive of Parentline Charitable Trust based in Hamilton. From 1995 – 2008 Cathy worked as an independent consultant for Morland Associates Limited and managed a diversity of assignments from health provider audits, strategic planning, Maori development and project management of innovative pilot programmes. She has an extensive background in the mental health sector. Cathy has held executive and senior management positions across the health sector from 1980 to mid 1990’s. She served as a member of the NZ Physiotherapy Board for 9 years; she is currently a member of the Family Planning Association National Council, is a Director of Te Miringa Te Uira Company Trust, as well as trustee for a number of Māori Whānau Trusts.
Cathy is of Waikato, Maniapoto, Ngati Toa and Ngai Tahu descent. She is married to Michael and has three children.

Philip Recordon was appointed as a Judge on the District Court Bench in 2003. He has been a lawyer in South Auckland for 30 years specialising in Family, Disability, Civil Rights. During his distinguished career he was a District Inspector for Mental Health in South Auckland for 20 years, NZ Law Society Subcommittee member on Disability Law from 1997 and founding president of NZ Lawyers for Nuclear Disarmament.
Philip was a member of the Richmond Foundation Board from 1993 to 2004 and has served on the Richmond Board since 1999. Judge Recordon was also the Chair of the Multi Systemic Therapy (MST) NZ Board.
Phillip is married to Genevieve and has four children.

Lee Robinson is a joint senior partner of Saunders Robinson, Christchurch, a law firm practicing in commercial and business law, property law, trusts and charitable trusts. He has had long community involvement, particularly as a trustee of the Child Cancer Foundation; Child Cancer Accommodation and the St John of God Health and Disability Services in Christchurch and Hawkes Bay; and the Rainbow Children’s Trust, Christchurch.
Lee is a member of the Board Audit Committee.

Gaye works in the health and social service sector providing strategic planning, management and project leadership services. She has a long history as a practitioner and manager in the health sector, culminating in ten years as General Manager for Mental Health, Community and Ambulatory Services for the Auckland District Health Board. She has been working in contracting / consulting roles in the mental health, primary care and population health areas for the past seven years. She brings a wide knowledge of the public health and disability and NGO sectors, and an appreciation of the operational challenges for service providers.
Gaye is married to Stephen and has a married son. She lives in Auckland where she is a keen theatre-goer and a supporter of the Community Art Gallery on Waiheke Island.

A partner in Ernst & Young and its antecedent firms January 1978 to June 2006. Previously a member of the National Board of Management and Managing Partner of the Dunedin office 1984-1995 and the Christchurch office 1996-2004.
Currently a consultant to a number of private companies and high net worth individuals and a director of companies in the manufacturing, property and service sectors.
Based in Christchurch, Ken is married, has three adult children and one granddaughter. A keen sportsman with a life long involvement on golf. Ken is currently a board member of New Zealand Golf |

Shenagh Gleisner has had a diverse career, managing front line mental health services, a Director of KPMG, a senior manager in a Crown Entity and finally a number of senior positions in the core public service. This includes roles in the State Services Commission, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, Acting Chief Executive of the Child Youth and Family Services, and the Acting Deputy Chief Executive of the Department of Labour.
She now undertakes a range of contracts across many sectors and agencies in the State Sector. Her qualifications include a Master of Science, a Master of Public Policy and a certificate in Maori studies amongst others.
Shenagh lives in Wellington and has four children. She enjoys playing squash and tennis, playing the piano and gardening. |
