| Chief Executive: Dr Barbara Disley ONZM | |

Barbara has extensive leadership and management experience leading large teams within the education and health sectors. She has held a number of senior public positions including Chief Executive of the Mental Health Foundation. In 1996 she was the inaugural chair of the Mental Health Commission and from 2002 till 2007 Barbara was Deputy Secretary Ministry of Education where she had responsibility for the integration of the special education service into the Ministry and for the overall leadership, funding and provision of special education services for children and young people. She worked as a Principal Consultant for Cognition Education Ltd leading their research and evaluation team prior to joining Richmond. Barbara has a doctorate in education and in 2011 was made an officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit. |
| General Manager Business Services: Paul Numan | |

Paul has a range of experience in senior management, governance and corporate service functions including strategic, legal and financial areas. He has previously held specialist audit management roles in Inland Revenue and the Department of Internal Affairs. |

| General Manager People and Capability: Prue Norton | |
|
Prue joined Richmond in mid-2006 and is passionate about effective, organisation-appropriate HR management. She is responsible for the Human Resources function, which oversees and develops strategies and policies to ensure that Richmond people can effectively contribute to achieving the organisation’s goals. Prue has held a number of different roles in public, private and professional service environments which have shaped her career and her passion for people and business performance. She has over 15 years experience in senior HR roles with responsibilities ranging from strategic planning through to design and implementation of evidence-informed human resources systems. |

| Divisional Manager Northern: Rose Wall | |

Originally trained as a nurse, Rose has had wide experience in the sector including in service provision, funding, policy, and machinery of Government processes, along with particular expertise and experience in quality improvement and system improvement initiatives. Prior to joining Richmond, Rose was Manager of the Provider Regulation Group in the Ministry of Health which had responsibility for certifying hospitals, rest homes and residential disability care facilities, as well as licensing suppliers of medicines and controlled drugs. |

| Divisional Manager Southern: Martin Cole | |
|
Having worked in the Health and Disability Sector for 20 years Martin joined Richmond in 2005 having relocated from his native Scotland. Martin has a background in Nursing however has spent most of his professional life developing, managing and directing support services in the not for profit sector. In the last ten years Martin has re-entered the academic field and concentrated on up-skilling in the areas of Human Resource Management and Business Administration. |

| Divisional Manager Central: Bronwyn Williams | |
| Bronwyn joined Richmond in 2006 having worked in not-for-profit organisations for over 20 years. Previous experience includes 13 years as Director for a Youth and Community Centre in Brixton, South London, and 3 years as National Operations Manager for the New Zealand Council of Victim Support Groups. Originally trained in Theatre Arts, Bronwyn moved to the social service sector through a strong commitment to services which support people to live full and independent lives within their community. | |
