FROM RICHMOND NEW ZEALAND TO RICHMOND NEW ZEALAND TRUST LIMITED: 2010

Richmond New Zealand Trust Limited came into effect on 1 November 2010 as a new charitable operating company.

Over the past 12 months, Richmond has been working to create this strategic and enduring development which will enhance the quality and range of services available to clients and address the challenges, opportunities and pressures in our rapidly changing operating environment, and provide a platform for collaboration and networked approaches to service delivery.

Richmond New Zealand Trust Limited is now underway, guided by its vision "Partners in Health and Wellbeing".

Governed by a Board of Directors, the company has four operating divisions - Northern (based in Auckland), Central (based in Wellington and offering services from Hamilton through to Wellington), Southern (based in Christchurch and covering South Island services) and Shared Support Services (which has responsibility for the full range of entity wide services).
